On April 7th, 2024 the sister of one of the Northwood technicians found a mangy looking puppy on the side of the road in Gadsden county. She did not appear injured, but her skin and coat was a moth-eaten mess. She was also riddled with intestinal parasites (hookworms and roundworms). No mange was found on skin scrape so she was treated for internal and external parasites and she improved dramatically. We named her Agnes. She appears to be an Australian Cattle dog mix, tan and black in color. She was given an estimated DOB of 1-18-24. Agnes has been spayed, microchipped and is ready for her forever home.
