On May 24th a sickly kitten was brought to Northwood. She is a black and white female DSH, est to be about 6 wks old (DOB 4-
14-20). We named her Annaliese. Both her eyes were so badly infected she was blind. It was unclear if her eyes were ruptured underneath all that infection. Aggressive medical treatment was started. Eventually the swelling went down so we could see her eyes, and she could see us. She has permanent scarring (mild) of her left cornea, but is still visual. Annaliese has been spayed, microchipped and completed her kitten vaccines. She is now available for adoption.
