On April 19th, 2024 a sick kitten (DSH brown tabby, male) was transferred to CARE from FALC (Feline Advocates of Leon County). The kitten was underweight and it’s left eye was ruptured and necrotic. We named him Earthworm and gave him an estimate DOB of 2-7-24. Once he was in good condition, he had surgery to enucleate (remove) the damaged eye. He is healing well-very playful. Having one eye does not phase him a bit. Earthworm is negative for FeLV/FIV, has been vaccinated, dewormed, neutered and microchipped. He is ready for a forever home.
