On January 23rd, a litter of 2 pitbull puppies were brought to Northwood. They had been found in a box, thrown in the trash, at a Pilot Gas station by a truck driver traveling through. He turned the puppies over to a local person who brought them to us. The puppies were estimated to be about 6 weeks old (DOB 12-12-23). Both were girls, one black and one gray. They had intestinal parasites but otherwise were in good shape. They have been dewormed, started on vaccines and have been spayed and microchipped. Now they are ready for their forever homes.
